Ocular Facade  was created as part of the 'Sensing Skins' workshop run in the autumn/winter semester 2016 at CITAstudio in collaboration with Architecture for Extreme Environments . The task was to create a facade that could respond to an environmental condition. We created a hexagonal grid with individual woven units that could be turned by hand to attenuate the amount of light entering a space.
